just a heads up, i think you made a typo in your cookbook? you say as a 'neurotypical' person but in ur reccs page u talk abt being autistic so i was wondering if u meant to type 'neurodivergent' instead.
also i think the person below might be talking about the dithering effect on the pic rather than the shadow.

yes yes you're right TY for catching that for me! i'll update to reflect what i actually meant LOL. im so bad at typing QQ... and yeah i thought that might be the case as soon as i answered waah. what a hot mess.
to apply the dithering effect, i go to https://doodad.dev/dither-me-this/ and click on 6-bit RGB and then download the image :D ty for giving me a chance to correct this info!

hi :D i replied on the cbox a couple hours after u posted, sorry! i thought u saw my answer in time before i removed my cbox. anyway. i just edited the image on clip studio by adding a grey outline, shifting it to the left, and applying a gaussian blur.
